COVID19 POLICY:
All deposits and cancelled weddings are non refundable and non transferable. Your booking secures your specific 'wedding date' at the time of booking, bridal party numbers and our commitment to these services on the specific date. If you know your wedding isn't going to go ahead due to unforeseeable covid19 restrictions as a result both parties will not be able to commit, please email us asap. We will do our best to transfer all details to another date within reason. If your wedding is postponed because you believe this is the best decision for you, please email me and your vendors about rescheduling to your new date asap. Please understand the date change is in breach of contract and as we are not pulling out of our agreement, we are not obliged to commit to a new date or transfer your booking deposit. During 2020-2022 we have been extremely understanding of our brides needs, and understand this is a difficult time to plan a wedding. As vendors we have done everything we can to accommodate the needs of our brides during the global pandemic. As a business moving forward, to protect our livelihood and business the above agreement stands. If booking a wedding during a pandemic please consider things may change at the drop of a hat, having and discussing a contingency plan is key, being open and honest with vendors, reading the fine print and all weddings may need 'wedding insurance moving forward.
BOOKINGS
Your booking is only secure once your booking deposit is received and confirmed in writing.
Please note once you have paid your deposit and your booking is confirmed this means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking with MISS DOM.
This deposit is non-transferable and non refundable, e.g. in the event that a member of the group pulls out of having their agreed hair service their portion of the deposit cannot be transferred to the remainder of the balance owing.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change, if you have already paid your deposit then you retain the rates quoted at the time of booking.
Additional services will be charged at the new rate. All quotes from MISS DOM are valid for 14 days from date of issue, but only secured by paying the 50% deposit.
TRAVEL
Please inquire for travel pricing to your desired location.

EARLY MORNING FEE
An early morning fee of $50 per hour will apply to a start time commencing before 8am.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Events falling on a public holiday or long weekend incur an extra fee. December 23-January 4th incur holiday a fee.
PARKING
In locations where parking charges apply these costs will be passed onto the client.
FINAL PAYMENT
Payments for hair services must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the booking date via direct deposit. Late payments will incur a fee.
Please note that as a mobile service we do not have EFTPOS and do not accept cheques.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify MISS DOM
whilst still on location.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Cancellations after the final payment has been made will not be refunded. All deposits are non-refundable and an admin fee will apply to a cancellation of a booking.
TIMINGS
Time management is of the essence and adhering to appointment times is critical in ensuring that we deliver our high standard of service. Therefore when making an appointment time please note that these times will be strictly adhered to, should unforeseen circumstances arise please advise
MISS DOM as soon as possible.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the unlikely event that MISS DOM is unable to provide hair services on the scheduled booking date, we will make every attempt to secure a replacement hairstylist. All discussions regarding rescheduling will be entered into on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a natural disaster, flight cancellations, road blocks, fog, earthquake, flooding, fire, world pandemic/coronavirus etc, where MISS DOM is unable to safely get to location due to the above reasons, a non transferable payment in full will be charged.
ALLERGIES
We are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in your group has particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. We will be happy to use your own products that you are familiar with.
